Warranty & Returns

Warranty Terms

Cori Traveller products are covered by a 1 year warranty, given the terms:

1. The product is used for the purpose intended
2. The product is used under normal conditions
3. The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse

Please note that this warranty only covers workmanship faults and material defects under responsible use.

This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. The warranty does not cover purchases made on online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers.

Warranty Claims

In order to facilitate the warranty claim, please email hello@coritraveller.com with the following details:

1. Your Order Number
2. Photograph of the affected area
3. A short paragraph detailing the fault or damage

Returns/Exchanges

In order to make a Return/Exchange request, please email us at hello@coritraveller.com with:

1. Your Order Number
2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

You should expect to hear from us within the next 2 working days.

Please note that personalised products are not eligible for returns and exchanges UNLESS the item is defective.

CORI Traveller's decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Processing time is approximately 10 business days.
